CT Stavely Construction is owned/operated by Chris Stavely. After graduating high school, he completed 3 years of vocational school learning carpentry and cabinetry where he graduated 2nd in class.

Chris went on to work for a contractor for the next four years. At the age of 22, Chris started his own contracting business and spent the next ten years building residential homes and commercial construction projects.  In 2001, he went back to school and studied trigonometry to better understand complex roof design which was becoming popular in residential construction.  Chris spent the next several years attending seminars and workshops learning energy efficient design and construction techniques and has since built many Energy Star™ certified homes.

CT Stavely Construction currently utilizes the latest construction technology and science to ensure our customers have the best built homes for generations to come.  From ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms) construction to moisture and water management, we lead the way in use of new products as technology advances in the construction industry.
